Before your first session
We understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and we want the process to feel as simple and comfortable as possible. There is nothing you need to prepare before your first counselling session or group meeting, and you do not need to have the "right words" or a clear plan. Just come as you are.
Some people find it helpful to think about what has brought them to counselling, what they would like support with, or how they would like things to feel moving forward, but this is entirely optional.
Our focus is on creating a welcoming space where you can take your time, settle in, and share only what feels comfortable. We will guide you through the process, answer any questions you may have, and support you at a pace that feels right for you from the very beginning.
